A friend of mine sent me an e-mail about this young lady, Kseniya Simonova, the winner of the Ukraine's Got Talent. I was impressed by her sand painting and I can say this is an amazing piece of ART WORK.



The winner of Ukraine's Got Talent "recounts Germany conquering Ukraine in the second world war. She brings calm, then conflict. A couple on a bench become a woman's face; a peaceful walkway becomes a conflagration; a weeping widow morphs into an obelisk for an unknown soldier. Simonova looks like some vengeful Old Testament deity as she destroys then recreates her scenes - with deft strokes, sprinkles and sweeps she keeps the narrative going. She moves the judges to tears as she subtitles the final scene 'you are always near'."

I've search other sand painting videos by Kseniya Simonova and this is the one I like the most. It is very meaningful and touching..

Melissa and I went to Aedin's house during the last holiday. We baked cupcakes! LOL We enjoyed very much and had a lot of fun. At first it was kinda boring, because we got to wait for Aunty Mabel for like more than an hour to bring us to shop for the baking ingredients. But after the shopping, all of us went so excited, probably is because that was the first time we bake together.
